Leefit Essentials LLC is a combination of workout gear and essential equipment that can be used at home or in the gym to enhance your workout and give you the best results for targeted areas. The equipment I sell is the same equipment I used to help me loose weight and tone while at home during the pandemic. I use my products and I am living proof that if you use the equipment consistently, it will work.

I also offer mentorship for women that are trying to loose weight and are struggling. I am what you would call a “health realist”.
